This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking or analytics. Fonts, images and scripts are served from this site, so your browser makes no requests to third parties while you read it.

When you contact us

When you send a form on this site (sponsorship, publishing, book promotion, research, press or general enquiries) we keep what you send us, with the date and time, so we can reply. We use it only to deal with your enquiry. We never sell or share it.

E20 downloads

When you download E20 we keep your email address and the date. If you ticked the box, we email you when each new issue is out; otherwise we do not email you. You can withdraw at any time by replying to any email from us or emailing contact@enquirermedia.co.uk.

Book release emails

When you ask to hear when a book is out, we keep your name, email address and the date, and send you one email on the day the book is published. We use it for nothing else. You can withdraw at any time by emailing contact@enquirermedia.co.uk.

Early access emails

Between September and October 2026 this site offered early access by email. If you signed up we kept your email address, the date and the page you signed up on, so we could tell you when the Enquirer films opened on their new home, Gangland & True Crime Docs. We use it for nothing else.

Server logs

Our web host keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working. They are kept for a short period and then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of any personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
