ENQUIRER MEDIA

Privacy Policy

How Enquirer Media handles your information.

This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Enquirer Media is the data controller for the personal information described here. For any privacy question, contact contact@enquirermedia.co.uk.

What we collect

If you join our mailing list, we collect your email address. If you contact us, we keep the message and the address you sent it from. Like most websites, our host also records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

Your email address is used to send you book updates and new content from Enquirer 2.0, and nothing else. We rely on your consent for these emails, given when you join the list, and you can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message. Messages you send us are used only to answer you.

Who we share it with

Our mailing list is managed by Mailchimp (Intuit), which stores and processes subscriber data on our behalf. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address for as long as you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we remove or suppress it. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To exercise any of these, email contact@enquirermedia.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies needed to run properly. If we add analytics or embedded media that set their own cookies, this policy will be updated to say so.
